5) Account holders need to login & place their orders online in order to receive the 2.5% discount.
6) You can only apply for the account online, through placing an order for it through the web site
7) The account is active when you receive your login & password
8) Forsyth4.co.uk reserves the right to cancel the account at any time for any reason.
